We visit your building location and take pictures or if you are far away we will draw the image from the photographs you sent us.
These images may be are reduced to a post card size and are utilized in the stationary.
Holidays and Birthdays Approaching? Don’t worry We can help you to make out of the building image a personalized holiday cards or if you would like to give a unique present to yourself or someone you love we gladly provide you with the gift certificate.

Terms and Conditions:


We will communicate with you and get your approval on the composition and layout of the actual art work. In case of color rendering we seek your approval for the overall color of proposed rendering. Changes and variation of layout may be discussed and applied at this stage. Upon your approval we proceed with the work. Changes may not be applied after your approval.
50% Down payment is required upon commencing with work with remaining balance due on delivery. You may want to pick the artwork from our office or we will ship to your location. Shipping charges will apply. We deliver the original art unframed
